Sometimes homeschoolers aren’t sure what to do with their kids for PE? My kids are involved with some organized sports…but what about the off season? Do I just send them outside to play and call that good?
I found this program that we use off and on. It has been a fun way for my kids to exercise, for me to exercise with my kids, and for us to try some things that we might not normally do.
I just needed to buy a couple of hula hoops and some jump ropes to do some of the activities…which you could skip if you don’t have them.
My only complaint is with some of the warm up activities the instructions tell you to do too many repetitions…my kids complained so we only do one set.
